////MAISON MARTIN MARGIELA/BALMAIN
Even though this trend seems to be dwindling down, I still wanted to be tacky and ride this one out. See, I don't mind trends as long as you can restyle them or take them to the next level. But for this particular trend I liked it as is so for the past couple of days I've been hard at work trying to come up with a shoulder pad solution for my shoulder lacking wardrobe. And by hard at work I don't mean running out and buying a couple of ready made shoulder pads. Nope, I couldn't be bothered with that (like many things...), so I made my own from scratch.

They're not the prettiest of things I've ever made- Okay they look rather shit, but they are going to be hidden inside of jackets, shirts, etc, anyway so I wasn't really worried about the aesthetic of them.
